Initiatives

Project Dhruv — Portable Planetarium

(2024–26)

Designed and built a portable planetarium dome to bring astrophysics learning to schools across India.
Created a projector-based simulation using Stellarium, along with physics demonstrations like wind tunnels and dark rooms.
Presented at 25 schools, recognized by the Dehradun Board of Education.

Engineering Challenges

ISSC 2024

Conceptualized and led a hands-on session for international delegates.
Participants designed egg-drop systems and weight-bearing bridges using everyday materials — fostering creativity under pressure and teamwork in engineering problem-solving.

Vice President (Marketing)

SSDC Asian Regionals (2023)

Led a 60-member international team for the Space Settlement Design Competition.
Developed communication briefs, coordinated submissions, and helped secure the winning proposal for a lunar settlement orbiting the Moon.

Team Leader

The Doon School SSDC (2024–25)

Headed a 12-member school team that qualified for the Asian Round, placing among the Top 5 teams in India.
Oversaw coordination across design, engineering, and human factors teams.

Executive Committee

International Student Science Conference (2024)

Managed a $22,500 budget for a 7-day international conference hosting 75 delegates from 8 countries.
Supervised logistics, planning 10+ events, and ideated the Engineering Challenges activity to encourage collaborative problem-solving.

School Leadership

School Prefect

(2025–26)

Mentored a house of 80 juniors, overseeing their academic progress and well-being. Served as a bridge between students and faculty, ensuring discipline and community growth.

​Prefect’s Representative,  Study Council

Represented 21 prefects in academic meetings with faculty.
Initiated a framework for independent research among students, enabling peers to pursue guided academic projects.

Prefect’s Representative,  Environment Committee

Led initiatives to preserve campus biodiversity and sustainability.
Introduced geotagging for campus trees, organized paper segregation drives, and implemented metal mesh barriers to protect local fauna.
